What this site is
A results reference for one sport at one event: every men’s and women’s Olympic ice hockey tournament, with medalists, final standings, scoring leaders, records and the rules.
How we source
- Each tournament page names its source. Results, standings, dates, attendance and awards come from that tournament’s article, which we read on October 29, 2026; the article itself cites the IIHF and Olympic reports.
- Tables are computed, not typed. Medal tables, records, streaks and country pages are calculated from the same tournament data, so a correction in one place fixes every page.
- Current events cite news reports. The 2026 rink size comes from the AP; the NHL agreement from CNN; the 2030 venue plan from reports summarized in the 2030 Games article.
- When sources disagree, we say so and print both.
Corrections
We fix factual errors as soon as we can confirm them against a source. This site does not publish an email address; corrections are tracked against the sources listed on each page.
How the site earns

Olympic Hockey is operated by WellTracked. It is an independent site, not affiliated with the International Olympic Committee, the International Ice Hockey Federation, the National Hockey League, any national Olympic committee or any national team. Event, team and league names are used only to describe them. We use no logos or emblems, and all drawings are our own.
